What is the Mermaid Palace VIP keypad code?

Light the Restroom torch, grapple to the top floor, and read the sign instead of assuming one code fits every save.

For Twisted Tower, the Atmos Games / 3D Realms PC horror FPS — not a Roblox experience, toy or building.

Quick answer

Light the caged torch beside the Restroom door, cross to the tripwire side, turn right, look up, and grapple to the top floor. Read the large sign in the room opposite the Restroom door and enter the number shown in your game. Two independent sources report 1326 from that sign in separate sessions on separate days — a written walkthrough and a narrated recording in which the player reads the sign aloud and the code works — but neither states a build number, so read your own sign rather than assuming the value is fixed forever.

Steps

  1. Light the caged torch beside the Restroom door.
  2. Cross to the tripwire side, turn right, and look up.
  3. Grapple to the top floor while the targets are blue.
  4. Enter the room opposite the Restroom door and read the large in-game sign.
  5. Enter the number displayed on that sign into the VIP keypad.

Requirements / limits

  • If the grapple targets are not blue, the torch has burned down; relight it and move faster.
  • 1326 is the value two independent sessions read from the sign. Neither source names a build, so it is not a confirmed constant across every save and every version.
  • The sign is an in-park staff notice rather than a puzzle prop: the recording reads it as an instruction to cast members about a guest who forgot their VIP card, with the code given in the same sentence.
  • The earlier focused recording of this puzzle publishes no caption track, so it confirms only that the keypad can be solved; it is not used here to claim the same four digits.

Common mistakes

  • Treating 1326 as a universal constant instead of reading the sign in your own game.
  • Searching for a loose note or a separate number puzzle instead of the large sign.
  • Trying to grapple after the torch charge has expired.

What the 23 August transcript sweep changed

The number on this page had one source. It now has two, from separate playthroughs on separate days — one written, one spoken on camera at the moment of entry. That closes the weakest claim the page was carrying.

It does not close the open question below, and the distinction matters. Two sessions showing 1326 is evidence against the number being randomized per save. It is not evidence about other builds, and neither source states a build number. The question stays open with its status improved rather than being quietly dropped.

Still unverified

  • Does this sign show the same number in every save and every build? Two independent public sourcesTwo separate sessions read 1326, which argues against per-save randomization. Neither source names a build, so nothing is established about other versions.
