Where do I report a Twisted Tower bug?

One named channel, in the developer's own words, plus what actually happened in launch week.

For Twisted Tower, the Atmos Games / 3D Realms PC horror FPS — not a Roblox experience, toy or building.

Quick answer

The official Discord. The developer said so twice on launch day, 18 August 2026: first in a post devoted to the server — “This Discord server is the single best place to tell me about bugs” — and again in the Day One post a few hours later. Reports were being acted on: patches shipped on 19 and 20 August, and on 21 August the developer wrote that incoming reports were still being worked through and thanked reporters for their patience. None of that is a promise that any particular bug gets fixed.

Steps

  1. Read either launch-day post of 18 August 2026: the Discord announcement, or the bug section of Day One Updates. Both name the same channel.
  2. Do not look for the channel in the 19 or 20 August patch notes — those are one-line notes and name no channel at all.
  3. Before reporting, update the game; the launch-week posts repeatedly point at fixes already shipped.
  4. Read the 21 August post to see the state of the report queue as the developer described it.

Requirements / limits

  • This site has not joined that server and does not vouch for response times. It reports the channel the developer named.
  • Whether Steam discussion posts are read as a report channel is not addressed either way in any published post.
  • No in-game reporter or crash-log guidance has been published.

Common mistakes

  • Citing the launch-week patch notes as the source for the report channel. They do not contain it; the two 18 August posts do.
  • Reading two patches in three days as a service-level promise. It is a fact about one week.
  • Reporting a bug on a build older than the one you are told to update to.
